‫Silicom Ltd. Today introduced its new Hybrid Networking Application Switch (Patent Pending) with E5-2600 v3 Haswell Processor, the integration of an Intel Architecture server with network switch silicon in a standard rack-mount server chassis.

Based on a standard-form-factor Intel motherboard to provide rapid migration to any new IA server motherboard, Silicom’s Networking Application Switch is designed to leverage applications by giving them switching capabilities.
