The Program manager is a member of Silicom’s PMs team and will work with the R&D, Engineering, Sales, Logistics and Purchasing teams.
Job Description
- Project/program managing in a matrix method of the R&D process for new products.
- Daily work with sales team, engineering, purchasing and production planning
- Focal point for strategic customer
- Leading the engineering and logistics effort
Requirements
- Relevant education: BSC in electricity/Industrial Engineering Management.
- Experience as PM at Hardware company
- Experience with ERP (Priority preferably) and engineering (preferably Agile) system
- Hardware designer– an advantage.
- Technical manufacturing background – an advantage.
- Capable of finding creative solution for complexed problems
- Excellent human skills
- Excellent English-Read/Write and Speaking
- Excellent knowledge in Excel
